Rates & Options

All events are unique and are priced according to the requirements of the particular event being held. However, over the years I have found that most events and venues require basic elements to be successful. Therefor I have developed "all inclusive" package prices that cover most ever type of outside hosted events. Not only are the prices good budget amounts, in most cases they are really all that you need.


In all cases, I will offer you the best possible price based on your particular event. I am always happy to customize the power/event package and pricing that your event warrants. If you feel that you will need a custom package, please contact me. I'm sure that I can help.


GENERATOR POWER estimated pricing 

DUE TO FLUCTUATIONS IF FUEL PRICES, RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Small to Medium events of 50-85 people hosted under a single tent with DJ and limited vendor power required (no toilet trailers, photo booths or catering load/food trucks)  ..............................  $1000-1400.00  


Medium to Large events of  100-250 people with multiple tents/vendors on site

(toilet trailers, lighting and A/V vendors, live bands, food & coffee trucks) .......................................... $1800-2000.00

Largerevents of 250+ people with multi-day runtime & multiple tents/vendors on site. 
(toilet trailers, lighting and A/V vendors, cell phone charging stations,

live bands, rehearsal dinners, food & coffee trucks) ................................................................................................... $2100-2500.00

The above costs would include, 1 day event Generator rental, delivery, setup and all necessary fuel and Distribution Boxes and cables (the place where other vendors would plug in their cords). All generators run on diesel fuel and are delivered by truck. Therefore pricing may be subject to change with fluctuation in fuel prices.
